What this site collects
Your answers and the pictures you upload aren’t stored on our servers: they stay in your own browser (localStorage and IndexedDB) until you download your site. You can delete them by clearing this site’s data in your browser. The sound setting is kept in your browser too. The only cookie is a technical one from Cloudflare, our host (cf_clearance): it tells people from bots and protects the site; it doesn’t follow you and needs no consent. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and builds no profile of you. No advertising.
We also count how often each kit’s page is seen, its wizard opened, each step reached, a photo added, the pay button pressed, a payment confirmed and a site downloaded: only totals per day, kit, language and kind of screen (phone or desktop), kept with Cloudflare in the EU, with no cookies, nothing stored in your browser, no IP address and no identifier of any kind, so nothing in them says who you are. If you answer the wizard’s optional “What’s stopping you?” question, we keep your answer and anything you write (minus emails and phone numbers) with only the day, the kit and the language: nothing that identifies you.
When you buy, Stripe tells us your name, your email and your billing country, and whether the payment went through. We use them to deliver your site, help you with it and keep the records tax law asks for, for as long as it asks.
Services we rely on
Cloudflare hosts the site: like any host, it handles your IP address to serve the pages, protect them and count visits. The typefaces are served from this site itself: your browser doesn’t ask anyone else for them. Payments go through Stripe, on Stripe’s own page: we receive your email and whether the payment went through — never your card.
If you write to us
We use your message only to answer it.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, and have it corrected or deleted, at hello@promti.app. You can also complain to your data protection authority — in Spain, the AEPD (aepd.es).
Terms of sale
What you buy
A Promti kit made into your website: the files of a finished site (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, your pictures and the typefaces), put together in your browser from what you enter in the wizard, plus the guides to put it online. You see it as it will be before you pay.
How you buy
You pick a kit, answer the wizard and see your site as it will be: anything that isn’t right, you fix there and then, before paying. On Stripe’s payment page you check your email and your card before confirming. Stripe then emails you the receipt and the invoice. These terms are on this page for you to save or print; we don’t file a separate copy of each contract. The contract is in English or Spanish.
Price
Every kit costs €500, as shown on its page and at checkout. It’s the final price, taxes included, paid once. Your domain, your hosting and the services you connect (Stripe, a form, email) are yours, and billed by them, not by us.
Payment
By card or the other methods Stripe offers, on Stripe’s own page.
Delivery
Straight away: after paying you come back to the wizard and download your site as a .zip file — again whenever you like, from the browser where you made it. Your answers and pictures live only in that browser (we keep no copy), so keep the .zip somewhere safe.
Licence
The site is yours: publish it for your business, host it wherever you like and change whatever you want, with no time limit. What you can’t do is sell or give away the kit or its code as a template, or use one kit to make sites for other businesses — each business needs its own. The open-source parts inside it (three.js, SplitType, a small piece of Vite and the typefaces) keep their own free licences, listed in the download’s LICENSES.txt.
Right of withdrawal
Buying online, you normally have 14 days to change your mind. With digital content, that right ends once delivery begins with your consent — so before paying, you ask for your site to be delivered straight away and confirm you know that downloading it ends your right to withdraw. Until you download it, you can still withdraw within 14 days of paying: write to hello@promti.app and we’ll refund the whole amount within 14 days, the same way you paid.
If something doesn’t work
If your site doesn’t work the way the wizard showed it, write to us and we’ll put it right; if we can’t, we’ll refund you. The 30-minute call with Eric is part of the price.
Law
Spanish law applies. If you buy as a consumer, you keep the protection of the law where you live, and you can take any dispute to the courts there.
